Pro – Annual Revenue of $501k – $750k: $620 per month or $940 per month including strategic tax planning
Elite – Annual Revenue of $751k – $1mil: $740 per month or $1,180 per month including strategic tax planning

- Monthly bookkeeping including transaction posting, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and review of general ledger for accuracy
- Annual business tax return preparation (C corp/S corp/Partnership)
- Annual individual tax return preparation (including Sole Props, one owner and one state)
- Estimated tax payment assistance
- Unlimited communication
- Quickbooks Online 25% discount with training
Add-on Services
Additional state tax return – $6 per month each
Individual tax return preparation – $25 per month (each additional owner)
Rental properties – $6 per month each
Other state and local taxes (sales tax, property tax, etc.) – $12 per month
Quarterly/Annual Payroll Reports – $35 per month
Informational Form Reporting (1099, 1042, etc.) – $7 per form
Prior years bookkeeping (back work needed) or tax returns – determined based on applicable revenue, contact for details.
Consulting – $150 for two hours, $95 for each additional hour (prorated to 15 min increments)
